Finding The Right Home For You!

The Internet...The only website you need to know is www.donnatays.com. This will give you complete access, not only to our featured listings, but access to every single listing on the 'Multiple Listing Service' (MLS).  Feel free to search our website for potential homes, however, we ask that you do not call the listing agents directly for information. It is important that we call the agents ourselves, because we know the right questions to ask to determine their availability, special conditions and suitability to your needs.  We will in turn, set any appointments for you to view the listings.

Open Houses... Feel free to visit any open houses that you feel might suit you, however, let the agent know you are working with Donna Tays & Team.  They will allow you to look at the home and answer any questions that you may have.  If asked to sign a guest registry, please write our name next to yours, indicating us as your realtors.  This ensures our 'Agency Relationship, with one another.

Showhomes for New Developments...Take special care when walking into a showhome or newly constructed show suite.  The developer has hired staff on hand to assist you.  Make sure you let them know you have your own agent (provide them with our card) you will be asked to sign a guest registry. It is critical that you acknowledge Donna Tays & Team as your agents.  This ensures our position to represent your interests, should you decide to proceed with an offer.  We are very experienced with co-operating with the developers and despite some projects being inflexible in 'sale prices', we are often successful in negotiating 'upgrades' which are a wonderful benefit to you!
